We have partnered up with Field Coffee, a Berlin based roastery who produce high quality specialty coffee beans. By having two roasting days per week at Field, we make sure that your coffee beans will be delivered as fresh as possible.
COLOMBIA & EL SALVADOR // ESPRESSO 100% ARABICA
Arabica varieties from Colombia's southern region of Nariño blended in with the variety Red Bourbon from the Cordillera de Apaneca, a volcanic mountain range in Western El Salvador result in a sweet and smooth coffee with soft citrus notes.
ABOUT FIELD COFFEE
The Field Coffee components are more directly bought from the producers, avoiding the commodity market, Fair Trade, and the rest of the structures that are designed to keep farmers under-paid. Field Coffee pays at least 3x the commodity market price and work with the same producers each year, ensuring both consistency of flavour but also more consistency in terms of sales for the producer. They buy from Central and South America, with the countries being El Salvador, Brazil and Colombia.
The coffees that comprise all of the Field blends are from the farms that they work with, have been working with for years, and will continue to work with into the future.
