At Standert we offer a multitude of safe, reliable and fast ways to complete your purchase, including fee-free buy now, pay later and installment options through Alma. We also offer several different bike leasing methods to customers within Germany as well as the option of finance through Finance-a-bike.
 

How can I pay?

 

Card Payments

Card payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Maestro.
If your card type is not supported, PayPal is a safe and easy alternative option.

Bank Transfer

Once you place your order, your items are reserved and we will begin processing. Shortly afterwards you will receive an order confirmation for the final amount, with payment details enclosed. Please include the order number in the payment reference when making your bank transfer to the account detailed below. Your order will ship promptly once we receive confirmation of your payment in full.

Alma (Pay in 3 or 4 installments)

Pay in monthly installments (either 3 or 4) with Alma Pay, with 0% fees and absolutely no additional costs on orders up to 8000€. Payments with Alma can be completed using all major credit cards and payment providers including SEPA, Bancontact, Postepay and Payconiq.


Simply select the payment option at checkout and you'll be redirected to quickly setup your payment.

Note: Alma payments are only available to customers in Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal and Spain, for orders up to 8000€.

PayPal

Paying with PayPal is a secure and quick payment option with buyer protections inlcuded. If you select the PayPal option for payment, you will be directed to the PayPal website for completion of payment. For payments outside the Eurozone, your currency will be converted into Euros. Payments via PayPal are currently available worldwide.

Please note, no refunds will be processed via PayPal, only by bank transfer.

Klarna

Sofort - With Klarna Sofort Überwesiung you can pay with real-time bank transfer at check out, without registration. All you need to complete this payment is your online bank log in details. Sofort-Überweisung is available in 13 different countries.

Pay Later - At checkout you can decide if you want to pay within 14 days or a little later. After the goods have arrived you will have 14 days to send them back or to pay for the products you want to keep.*

EPS-Überweisung (Austria)

EPS-Überweisung is a secure online payment system allowing you to pay online reatilers directly from your personal bank account, without creating a separate account. It was developed in cooperation with the Austrian banks in order to be able to process online purchases via secure online banking. Finance (Germany only)

 

Finance-a-bike (Germany)

Ride your dream bike right now and pay in your desired installments. Credit between €500 and €6,000 is available with fixed interest rates and 30 days interest free.
 
Interest rates are term-dependent so please use the Fianance-a-Bike 'Ratenrechner' below to calculate your rates.

After you have place your order we will register your order with Finance-a-bike and you will be sent a link via SMS to complete the credit check and go through financing options. Further details about the provider are available here.

Bike Leasing (Germany only)

 

Bike leasing is available to residents of Germany who work for a company registered with one of the leasing companies below.

How do I buy through bike leasing?
Firstly, be sure to add any relevant information in the notes on the cart page before starting checkout.
Once at checkout, first enter your full German address, then under "Payment", the leasing options will appear. There will be no immediate payment request once you complete checkout. Please note, however, that while the items in your order will be placed on hold, your order is not confirmed until it is accepted by your chosen leasing company.
We may need to contact you to clarify further information or ammend your order during the approval process. Please ensure a timely response so we can get your bike build underway as quickly as possible!

JobRad

Ordering with JobRad is simple: select JobRad at checkout and we’ll create your leasing offer in the JobRad portal using your email address. Once you, your employer, and JobRad confirm the offer, we’ll build and ship your bike. When it arrives, you’ll confirm delivery in the JobRad portal using your Abhol-Code.

What we need from you:

• Your email address to create the offer

• Confirmation of bike reception in the JobRad portal

Mein-Dienstrad

Business Bike

Select BusinessBike at checkout and we’ll set up your leasing offer in their portal. If your company uses “Quick Start”, we just need your email address; otherwise, please provide your Arbeitgeber-ID. Once confirmed by you, your employer, and BusinessBike, we’ll build and ship your bike. When it arrives, please share your Übergabe-PIN with us to finalise delivery.

What we need from you:

• Quick Start email or Arbeitgeber-ID

• Your chosen Leasing-/Service-Paket

• Lock not mandatory, but proof of one costing at least €49 is required in case of theft

• Übergabe-PIN after delivery

Lease-a-bike

When you order with Lease a Bike, we’ll create your leasing offer using your Bestellcode. After you, your employer, and the leasing company approve it, we’ll build and ship your bike. Once received, simply send us your Übergabe-PIN to complete the process.

• Bestellcode

• Your preferred Rundumschutz-Paket

• A lock (mandatory, minimum €49 – we recommend the Hiplok Switch, €79.99)

• Übergabe-PIN after delivery

Bikeleasing

Choose Bikeleasing at checkout and we’ll create your leasing offer using your Nutzer-ID, Firmencode, or Kundennummer. Once the offer is confirmed by all parties, we’ll build and ship your bike. When it arrives, please send us your Übernahmecode.

What we need from you:

• Nutzer-ID, Firmencode, or Kundennummer

• Your chosen Verschleißversicherung / Inspektionspaket

• A lock (mandatory, minimum €49 – we recommend the Hiplok Switch, €79.99)

• Übernahmecode after delivery

Company Bike

If your employer uses Company Bike, select it during checkout. We’ll create your leasing offer using your QR-Code. Once the offer is confirmed, we’ll build your bike and you’ll collect it directly from a Company Bike HUB – shipping is not available for this provider.
