Crash Replacement

Accidents sometimes happen, it's part of an active lifestyle. Crashing is bad enough, but even worse when you damage your beloved bike. If you should ever damage your Standert in an accident we want to support you in being back in the saddle as quickly and 'wallet-friendly' as possible.

Therefore we offer a 30% discount on your replacement frame or bike.

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The crash replacement policy applies to products bought from Standert Design GmbH within the warranty period of the product.

2. Posting your crashed goods is at your expense. We strongly recommend using a signed for service, as it is your responsibility to ensure the goods arrive with us.

3. You must be able to provide proof of purchase (such as your order number or email receipt) 

4. The replacement offer is only valid for the original purchaser.

5. Only genuine claims will be accepted (our decision on whether a claim is genuine is final)

6. Normal wear and tear, or damage due to misuse do not apply.

7. You will receive a discount code valid for the purchase of a replacement article of the same description and cost - in the event of the item being out of stock we will allow you to use the discount against a similar item.

8. The discount cannot be used with any other offer or promotion, including items in the sale.

9. Please email shop@standert.de with you order number and a photo of your damaged product to make a claim.
