3 THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND ABOUT ORDERING YOUR NEW STANDERT ONLINE

We handbuild your bike inhouse upon order. Add up build and shipping time above to calculate your #newbikeday.

Framesets also are prepared before shipping. By default headset is pressed in and bb left out.

Border procedures outside the EU may take any amount of time depending on local customs regulations. This is out of our hands and can prolong above mentioned shipping times.

 

Upon purchase, you'll recieve a confirmation email with your purchase number.

 

Your bike is handbuilt to order in our Berlin workshop, by one of these two wonderful humans (Peter or Moi).

Your bike is build and prepared for shipping and packed with care (see what to expect)

You will receive another email with your tracking number upon shipping.

Every order is insured.

Note that there may be a possible delay depending on the customs regulations in your country.

Doorstep delivery - keep peeking out that window!

All bikes are wrapped and packed carefully with foam and bubblewrap to ensure their safety.

The first thing we ask when you open your new bike is to check everything is in mint condition.
If you find any small damages, let us know immediately.
As you can appreciate, carriers may not be as careful with
your new baby as you would be.

Below is our standard packing inclusions, unless you request otherwise.

Your flashy new frameset (fork is separate)
Bottom Bracket
Headset (installed)
Top cap
Seatpost clamp
Derailleur hanger (installed on disc version)

If you order disc, we also include thru axles.

All orders come with all necessary screws and inlays.

 

 

Your new complete bike comes with everything installed
except the front wheel. The handlebars are turned for packing.

Frameset
Groupset (including brakes)
Finishing kit (Handlebars, Stem, Seatpost)
Wheels (With tyres installed)
Saddle
Bar tape / grips

Pedals not included (industry standard).

Other inclusions based on your setup. For example:
If you order rim, we also include quick releases.
If you order Di2 or AXS, charging cables and batteries included.

If you wish to return your purchased item, you may do so within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in unused, brand new condition. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Beyond the first 30 days of receiving your order, all products are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable. If a returned item is received to Standert Bicycles damaged due to negligent packaging or re-packaging by the customer, we will be unable to issue a refund. The best thing to do is contact customer support and explain your situation. Let's resolve this together.
