Aufgaben

- Durchführung des operativen Einkaufs von Komponenten
- Mitwirken bei der Optimierung der Einkaufsprozesse (Budgetplanung, Koordination der Ressourcen, Reklamationsabwicklung)
- Pflege guter Lieferantenbeziehungen/-kommunikation
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Logistik (Konsolidierung, Wareneingang, Stammdatenpflege)

Vorraussetzungen

Tasks

- Coordinating and implementing the operational purchasing
- Ensuring availability of parts and materials to avoid production and sales interruption
- Defining necessary stock in collaboration with the Product Department
- Applying and optimizing appropriate operational purchasing processes (forecast, stock level, obsolete stock, warranty transactions)
- Fostering of supplier relations
- Close collaboration with the Logistics Department (consolidation, stock receipt, core data management)

Requirements

- Education in business management and administration or background / knowledge in logistics, purchasing and production management
- Autonomous and structured way of working
- Organizational talent
- Advanced/fluent in German and English
- Routine handling of Office Applications (Excel, etc.)
- Experience in handling ERP solutions appreciated
- You own a bike and like to ride it
