Social Content Manager (m/f/d)

The Role

We are currently seeking a Social Content Manager (m/f/d) to join our dynamic and vibrant marketing team. As a Social Content Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing creative projects, ensuring their execution with excellence while aligning them with our brand identity, design principles, and objectives. With a self-driven and creative mindset, and a keen eye for design and aesthetics, you will contribute to leaving a lasting mark on the cycling industry. The role reports directly to the Head of Brand.

Your Responsibilities

  • Social Media Management (Meta, Tiktok, Youtube, Strava, etc.): Build channel plans, structure content rollouts and execute social media activities across Standert’s social media channels.
  • Creative Management: Collaborate with strategy, creative, and media teams to respond to social campaign briefs and ensure social deliverables are executed to brief.
  • Brand Design: Approve and create briefings, layouts, and artworks according to design guidelines.
  • Brand Identity: Maintain consistency and creativity across all visual communication channels (internal & external).

Your Tasks

  • You'll lead the social media channels and do the postings. The content is primarily produced in-house, supplemented by material from brand ambassadors and partners with whom we collaborate.
  • You’ll help create a content strategy and design social content, frameworks for all product launches and brand campaigns accordingly.
  • You’ll work closely together with our digital marketing, brand activation, customer service and product teams.
  • You’ll create and curate content that stands out and breaks the rules of everyday cycling marketing, content that is just as much storytelling and entertainment as it is advertising.
  • You’re present at important events to create content for relevant channels.
  • You use social platforms to engage our fanbase and visitors of the platform.
  • You track social media KPIs and follow the performance of content pieces, using these learnings in your next project.
  • You’ll create regular reports on post and content performance, including trends and suggestions and present these to the team.
  • You engage with the community (in tandem with our customer service team) in order to ensure optimal moderation.
  • You manage the content plan, production projects, timelines and participants.
  • You develop your own content for organic and prospectively paid social.
  • You recommend stories, creative formats and storytelling cadence, come up with ideas how to enhance social and optimize creative for social platforms.

Your Skillset

  • You have 3+ years of experience, creating creative content and managing social channels.
  • Significant experience in visual design, visual communication, or a related field.
  • Work experience in a creative field and fast-paced environment. Experience in a manufacturing company would be advantageous.
  • Portfolio showcasing expertise in communication design, branding, social media, and visual storytelling.
  • Proficiency in leading design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma)
  • Self-driven and motivated to make a difference.
  • You have knowledge and passion for social media platforms, best practices and trends, exciting content strategies and frameworks - living and breathing social media platforms, trends, strategies and audiences.
  • You strive for excellence creating social content that builds brand awareness, engagement and advocacy with commercial impact.
  • You have the ability to develop campaign structure and set them up.
  • You understand social media management tools (first of all organic, paid is a plus).
  • You can create content – take pictures, films and can edit, you can make reels, shorts and stories.
  • You’re familiar with graphic design.
  • You monitor the latest trends in social media, including advertising formats, channels and technologies in order to improve campaign performance and provide recommendations.
  • You’re highly passionate about cycling.

Sales- and Customer Success Agent (m/f/d)

Summary

We’re looking for a person with experience in sales and customer success to join our new marketing team and spearhead the customer journey in terms of support in pre- and post sale matters. This role involves overseeing incoming customers enquiries via phone and e-mail as well as keeping an overview of incoming orders and processing those accordingly. The Sales and Customer Success Agent reports directly to the Sales Operations Lead and works closely with the whole sales operations team, Brand and Marketing as well as the product team.

For this role you must be based in Berlin. Full time (30-35 hrs / week).

Mission

As Sales and Customer Success Agent, your primary mission is to elevate Standert’s Customer experience. You will achieve this by delivering excellent customer support strengthened by your knowledge for our products and a friendly and open character. All kinds of enquiries have to be listened to and every customer deserves a competent and quick reply to keep their emotional connection to the brand upright. As a relatively young brand Standert’s goal is to constantly improve internal processes. As Sales and Customer Success Agent you and your team are the center of the sales process and your task is to help making it more efficient.

Key responsibilities

  • Being in charge of customer success
  • Help to improve the overall customer experience
  • Processing incoming sales order and keep track of stock
  • Develop systems and procedures to optimize operations and boost efficiency within the order processing.
  • Support to examine sales data, customer behaviors, customer trends and other critical metrics to make sure we offer the right products at the right time for the right customer
  • Support with product launches and help implementing new products to the website
  • Collaborate closely with other teams (mainly with brand, sales operations and product) to plan and implement content for launches and other content pieces.
  • Checking in regularly with the sales operations and product team about product trends and (product-)feedback from customers
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and customer success best practices, monitor competitors.

E-Commerce Manager (m/f/d)

Summary

We’re looking for an experienced e-commerce manager to join our new marketing team and spearhead the management of Standert's e-commerce presence. This role’s responsibilities include overseeing site infrastructure, managing content, product information, and asset uploads, reporting, and translating insights into actionable strategies across internal teams. The e-commerce manager reports directly to the marketing director and works closely with our programmers, UX designer, and the brand and sales operations teams.

For this role you must be based in Berlin. Full time (35-40 hrs / week).

Mission

As an e-commerce manager, your primary mission is to elevate Standert’s digital presence. You will achieve this by crafting a digital customer journey that not only guides visitors through the complex world of performance bicycles, but also strengthens their emotional connection to the brand. By enhancing the overall user experience, you will drive sales and improve conversion rates through a clear, informative, and enjoyable digital shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Help shape Standert’s digital & e-commerce strategy to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to analyze & optimize the customer journey across digital platforms using data and customer feedback.
  • Develop systems & procedures to optimize operations and boost efficiency within the domain of e-commerce.
  • Regularly examine sales data, web traffic, conversion rates and other critical metrics to spot trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, thereby driving commerce.
  • Leverage analytics tools to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track success. Create & present comprehensive reports providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with other teams (mainly with brand, brand activation, sales operations, and product) to plan and implement content for launches and other content pieces.
  • Execute testing across the web platform to identify effective improvements that drive conversions & sales.
  • Own the website maintenance and project planning, including managing frontend & backend developers.
  • Liaise with brand team to co-create product descriptions that establish a clear and unified voice & enhance SEO.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and e-commerce best practices, including competitive intelligence.
  • Re-think our current email-marketing strategy and lay the foundation for CRM (segmentation) and personalisation.
  • Drive interdisciplinary exchange in order to bring e-commerce into the forefront of our operations and participate in cross-functional projects. Ensure that there is cohesive understanding within Standert regarding the goals and strategy.

Candidate:

Experience
