Project Compact
Better bikes for smaller humans.
Project CompactTM is not a new model, it is our optimised geometry for the three smallest sizes we offer across all models (48, 50 and 52cm).
These bikes feature steeper seat angles, taller headtubes and zero-offset seatposts, which makes it possible for smaller riders to sit less stretched out on their bike, without compromising the handling and stability of the bike through very short stems and reduced reach common on smaller sized frames.
But it doesn’t stop there. The positions facilitated by our Project CompactTM geometry are better both aerodynamically and biomechanically (and we think aesthetically too). The steeper angles mean riders sit further inside the reach, shifting the center of gravity towards the centre of the bike and creating a more compact position, reducing frontal drag. This position also opens the rider’s hip angle, increasing pedalling efficiency and power transfer.
The end result is a bike that handles better, is more comfortable, more efficient and looks more balanced.
