Order Processing Times:

Once your order is confirmed, we aim to process all merch/small part orders within 3-5 days. You'll also receive a shipping confirmation as soon as your order is packed and ready to send.

Shipping Options:

Pick-up:

All orders can be picked up in person from our HUB right here in Berlin at no cost. Simply select the pick up option at checkout and you'll receive an email as soon as your order is ready.

Home Delivery:

Can’t make it to Berlin? We can ship directly to your door within Germany, the EU and most locations internationally. Orders are shipped with DHL, with Express options available for all destinations.

Please note: For all orders outside the EU, duties and taxes are not included in the final price. Any duties and taxes will be payable by you upon arrival in your country. This process is handled by the shipper and is simple to navigate. Please find more information here, or get in touch here if you have any questions at all.
