Order Processing Times:

Once your order is confirmed, your Standert will be carefully prepared by our expert mechanics right here in Berlin before shipping. For preconfigured options such as this, please allow 1-2 weeks lead time so we can make sure your dream bike is perfect before it leaves our hands.

Pick-up:

All bike and frameset orders can be picked up in person from our Standert Hub in Berlin at no cost. Simply select pick-up at checkout and we will let you know as soon as your bike is ready for collection.

Home Delivery:

Can’t make it to Berlin? We can ship all bikes and framesets directly to your door within Germany, the EU and most locations internationally. Once your bike has been prepared by our mechanics, please allow up to one week for it to be packed and shipped.

Orders are shipped with DHL (some exceptions may apply) and shipping costs are calculated at checkout. For orders outside the EU, local duties and taxes may apply.
