Processing Time:
Demo/Outlet Bikes and Frames are already built and quality checked. We aim to process demo orders as quickly as possible and they are typically shipped in one week.

Pick-up:
All bike and frameset orders can be picked up in person from our Standert Hub in Berlin at no cost. Simply select pick-up at checkout and we will let you know as soon as your bike is ready for collection.
Home Delivery:
Can’t make it to Berlin? We can ship all bikes and framesets directly to your door within Germany, the EU and most locations internationally. Once your bike has been prepared by our mechanics, please allow up to one week for it to be packed and shipped.
Orders are shipped with DHL (some exceptions may apply) and shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Please note: For all orders outside the EU, duties and taxes are not included in the final price. Any duties and taxes will be payable by you upon arrival in your country.
