When Team Standert Women was founded in 2023, the goal was simple: change the game and get more women on the start line. As women in a male-dominated sport, we set out to create a space that empowers riders to unlock their potential and lift each other up.

Today, TSW is an essential pillar of the Standert community. Whether we’re leading local rides, hosting workshops, lining up at local crits, or repping at the UCI Gravel World Championships, it’s never just about the podium. It’s about showing what riding and racing as women can be.
