What payment options do you offer?
We offer many payment methods to make buying a road bike easy. We accept payment by card from major providers including VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Maestro. All card payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. Payment via direct Bank Transfer is also available.
In addition, Standert offers quick, easy and safe payment through PayPal, with buyer protections included. You can even opt for payments in installments, from 3 up to 24 months (subject to availability based on customer location). You can also pay in real-time bank transfer using Klarna Sofot Überwesiung, which does not require registration. With Klarna, there is also the option to pay later (generally 14 days) or in installments up to 36 months.
Do you ship internationally?
Standert offers international shipping to almost all locations across the globe. We typicall ship with DHL for fast and reliable delivery. International delivery starts at 50€ for framesets and 85€ for complete bikes. Please note, shipping of complete bikes is currently unavailable for customers in the USA (framesets are ok).
Do you offer financing or buy-now-pay-later?
Buy Now Pay Later is available through Klarna (30 days and up to 60 days with a small fee). Klarna payments can then be converted to installments if desired. Payment in installments is also available through PayPal for international customers.

Can I customise my build?
You sure can! Using our configurator, you can completely customise your bike, from wheels and tyres to bar-width and more. Please get in touch with our customer service team at shop@standert.de if you need any advice about your dream build or can't find exactly what you're looking for and we'll do our best to help.
Can I test-ride before I buy?
At our Berlin HUB you can test ride a range of Standert Bikes. Our expert customer service team are on hand to provide all the guidance you need to make the best choice, from size to components and even colour. You can book a test ride here.
Which size am I?
Standert Bikes are available in sizes ranging from 48 to 60 and in various geometries to suit different riding styles so you'll find the right bike no matter your height or preferences. Sizes 48, 50 and 52 feature Standert's unique Project Compact geometry which optimises the fit, handling and aesthetics of bikes for smaller riders.
